Kartar Cheema visits Hussainiwala border, urges fans to watch web series ‘500 Meter’

Punjabi actor Kartar Cheema, whose first web series ‘500 Meter’ hit the Chaupal OTT on May 18, visited Hussainiwala Border in Ferozepur to attend the Indo-Pak retreat ceremony on Monday. He also greeted his fans, clicked selfies with them and urged them to watch web series ‘500 Meter’ on Chaupal.

In the web series, which is based on a true story, Cheema plays the role of a cop who investigates a child kidnapping and murder case in Punjab. On his visit, the actor acknowledged the role of our Jawans in safeguarding the national territories and protecting the citizens and said, “My character inspector Rajveer Sekhon in the web series is a tribute to all our servicemen, including soldiers, doctors and police officials, who work for people’s safety and their precious lives.”

ABOUT THE WEB SERIES:

Based on true events, the five-episodic web series is a story with a serious subject matter, sensitively threaded with elements of comedy. Actors Rahul Jungral, Sanjeev Attri, Mohan Kamboj, Harmanpal Singh and Paramvir Singh among others seamlessly advance the plot created by writer Gurpreet Bhullar.

‘500 Meter’ is presented by Geep MP3, in association with Khush Productions. It has been produced by KV Dhilllon and directed by Manav Shah who communicates the concerns of notorious crimes in the state and raises awareness among people through a compelling screenplay.
