As the trailer suggests, this is a story of a psycho killer who born on 08:45. As told in trailer it has been decided on the time of the birth that what that child will do in his life. He may had love story or anything that made him do strange things. Suspense will be revealed on the 28th July 2023 when this movie will hit the screens.
