Shehnaaz Gill, who became an instant celebrity after her time on Bigg Boss 13 is poised to make her Bollywood debut in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, a multi-starrer directed by Salman Khan. The singer-actress has reportedly signed on for Rhea Kapoor’s upcoming film, which will be directed by her husband Karan Boolani.
According to reports, the movie, which also stars Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pedenekar, takes a contemporary approach to relationships.
According to reports, “Like Rhea’s prior movie Veere Di Wedding (2018), her forthcoming feature is similarly a women-oriented issue. Shehnaaz is the newest member of the cast, and shooting is expected to begin by the end of this month. Shehnaaz will play a distinct avatar in this movie.
With the film Honsla Rakh, in which she co-starred with Diljit Dosanjh, Shehnaaz Gill received her first significant break. The movie came out the previous year. The actress will appear alongside actors like Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, and Siddharth Nigam in Salman’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Farhad Samji is directing the film KEKD.
She has also been asked to appear on other reality series, such as Dance Deewane, Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan, and the 14th and 15th seasons of Bigg Boss, due to her enormous popularity.
The actor most recently made her runway debut at the inaugural Ahmedabad Times Fashion Week. Samant Chauhan, a designer based in Delhi, staged the grand finale show, and she walked for him.
