The untitled movie starring Triptii Dimri, Ammy Virk, and Vicky Kaushal now has a new release date. The much-anticipated Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, has been postponed by Karan Johar, which has further delayed the Dharma Productions film’s planned release date.
This week, Karan Johar changed the release date of his coming-of-age romantic comedy from July 28 to August 25. In order for the untitled movie to debut as a standalone movie without any conflicts, a fresh release date was assigned to it. Vicky Kaushal plays the lead in the film, which is being produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and director Anand Tiwari. Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk also have major roles in the movie.
Back in December, when discussing the movie, Karan Johar said, “Anand Tiwari’s upcoming film is remarkable on multiple aspects. Vicky Kaushal, a National Film Award-winning actor, is in it, and it is also a logical extension of our relationship with Prime Video. It is directed by a master storyteller and stars Vicky Kaushal.
The founders of Leo Media Collective, Anand Tiwari and Amritpal Singh Bindra, stated that they were “eager to make our theatrical debut working alongside two of the biggest supporters of narrative in India—Prime Video and Dharma.” A good time is had by all throughout the movie. We are confident that audiences will enjoy viewing a hitherto untold tale.
